RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For returns on full price items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unwashed, with tags attached. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Upon receipt and verification of compliance of the product we will make a refund within 7 working days.
In an off chance that the item is defective or the wrong item is shipped, please contact us and our customer care team will take care of it immediately.
Due to the handmade nature of our inventory we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item, a refund will processed and you can place a new order.
Returned items will not be accepted after 7 days of the date of receipt.
All sale items are final sale and therefore not eligible for returns.
The products will be delivered to the address specified by the user. We reserve the choice of carrier and guarantee the delivery of products.
Shipping and custom costs are borne by the customer. With any free shipping offers, the shipping will be paid by us but any customs or duties are still to be paid by the customer.
